Our office will continue to accept one walk-in customer at a time. We respectfully request that walk-in customers to wear a mask when entering to help ensure that our space is as safe as possible. Please give the office a quick call if you plan to stop by for a visit. We will do our best to have any paperwork ready and waiting for you upon arrival. We are now accepting cash payments, as well as credit cards, debit cards, checks, and online transactions.
In addition, our drivers will now accept cash for fuel delivery. Please have exact change to minimize your contact with our drivers, whose protection is limited to social distancing and PPE. If you do not have exact change or would prefer contactless payment, we will be happy to arrange a different settlement method prior to your delivery.
Our service technicians are provided with the proper PPE to enter your home and service your heating needs. Before your service appointment, Bay State Fuel Oil office staff will confirm the safest way for our technician to enter your home to provide the service you have requested. If our technicians need to come into your living area, we request that a safe social distance is met and that you wear a mask as well. This will help us achieve our goal of keeping both our customers and our employees safe.
