As the State begins to reopen, we have also reopened our office and services to normal business, as normal can be during these difficult times. Our office will be reopened on June 15, 2020 for walk in business. As our entry area is small, only one customer may enter at a time and we do request that a mask be worn during your visit. Our recommendation to our customers is call first to request an appointment so no one is left standing outside in wait. We will accept cash payments; however, we prefer that another type of payment be made. The transference of cash increases the risk to you and our employees in handling money, please take this into consideration when making your payments.
Our drivers will continue to not accept cash payment on delivery. As the drivers are on the road all day and in and out of their vehicles, it is more difficult for them to wash their hands, put masks on and off, or protect themselves against the virus. Payment arrangements should be made with the office when your order is placed.
Our service technicians are provided with proper PPE to enter and service your heating and cooling needs in your home. We do request for technicians to have direct access to your system if possible. Allow our technicians to complete their work while maintaining distance and make payment arrangements with our office staff so the technician can avoid person to person contact.
