We are now accepting cash payments, as well as credit cards, debit cards, checks, and online transactions.
In addition, our drivers will now accept cash for fuel delivery. Please have exact change to minimize your contact with our drivers, whose protection is limited to social distancing and PPE. If you do not have exact change or would prefer contactless payment, we will be happy to arrange a different settlement method prior to your delivery.
Our service technicians are provided with the proper PPE to enter your home and service your heating needs. Before your service appointment, Bay State Fuel Oil office staff will confirm the safest way for our technician to enter your home to provide the service you have requested. If our technicians need to come into your living area, we request that a safe social distance is met and that you wear a mask as well. This will help us achieve our goal of keeping both our customers and our employees safe.
